Here Are Your Next Steps:
1. Participants List
If you haven’t already done so, please fill out a participant list for your team. You can download a form to send in or fill it out online. (If you’re still getting that information together, it’s ok; we’ll let you know when the deadline is for your trip.)
2. Complete and Sign Background Check and Participant Form
1. Background Checks: We take the safety of students seriously, so each adult coming needs a current background check run on them. We will run a background check on each adult for a fee of $10/each.
2. Participant Forms: Every participant and leader needs to fill out a participant form. This include a liability release so we can legally host you at our location.
3. Application Fee
Deposit: A deposit of $100/person is due 6 weeks prior to the start of your outreach. You can pay online right now or send a check to our office.
Full Payment: The rest of the payment is due 2 weeks prior to the start of your outreach.
Application Fee: There is a fee of $100/group application.
